Overview: Interface
The Hub Administrator Portal interface is designed to help you navigate to where you need to be quickly. The side bar is the best place to begin any administrative task. To expand the sidebar, select anywhere on the sidebar. To collapse the sidebar, select the
arrow next to Administration.
Use the overview image and table to identify the major areas of the Hub Administrator Portal interface.

Access the Hub user platform, view the admin documentation, view your user profile, go to the map, and log out of the system. |
Every page within the Administration portal allows you to search for a specific Account, Activation, User, etc. You can also organize the table view in each category by selecting different Columns to Show. To do this, use the drop-down arrow to expand a list of available columns, then select the columns you want to show.

Certain pages may also have
next to the search bar. This will contain varying actions depending on your current page. Information about these actions are documented within that page's Administrator Guides.
Wherever you see a Credit Limit on these pages, this refers to your activation's credit limit. You may delegate separate credit limits to specific users, and the total credits used by all users associated with an activation will count towards that activation's credit limit. If you have unlimited credit usage associated with an activation, there is no credit limit for that activation. Check your rate table to view how much each credit type costs. Additionally, the SAP Contract Identifier and SAP Line Item options are used for internal tracking at Vantor, and are not relevant to external users.
