Activations

You can view usage by activation from the Usage page, on the Activations tab. The table shows the total number of credits used by each activation, and the number of users assigned to that activation. You will also see each activation's credit limit and a credits chart, which visualizes the percentage of the activation's credit limit that has been used. Use the search and filter tools to locate activations based on their activation ID, account ID, start/end dates, or other criteria.

Searching and Filtering

  1. Select Usage.

  2. Go to Activations.

  3. Apply keyword or metadata filters to locate an activation.

  4. (Optional) Add additional filters to further narrow the search results.

  5. Select Search to display activations that match the search filters.

Select the arrow buttons at the top of any column to sort the column in ascending or descending order.

    • Ascending Order First click

    • Descending Order Second click

    • Remove Sorting Third click

You can sort the table by multiple columns. When you sort more than one column, they are numbered to indicate the order in which the table data is sorted.

The # of Users column displays the number of users assigned to an activation. Select any activation's entry in the # of Users column to go directly to the Users tab, which is automatically filtered to show entries for the selected activation.

Select Clear All to remove all filters.

Viewing Credit Usage

After you have located the activation(s) you want to view, you can use the credits chart to visualize how much of the activation's credit limit has been used. The credits chart is updated as usage data is collected.

  • The credits chart is available in each data row in the activations usage table.

  • Each credits chart displays the percentage of the activation's credit limit that has been used. If an activation has an unlimited credit limit, the credit chart will say Unlimited.

  • To sort the credit charts in ascending or descending order, select the arrow in the table header.
