Accounts

You can view usage by account from the Usage page, on the Accounts tab. The table shows the total number of credits used by each account, as well as the number of activations and users assigned to that account. Use the search and filter tools to locate accounts based on their account ID, account name, SAP licensee ID, or other criteria.

  1. Select Usage.

  2. Go to Accounts.

A list of accounts appears. You can sort any column by ascending or descending order to locate an account more easily, or to view accounts with high or low usage.

  3. (Optional) Apply search filters to locate an account. You can add filters based on the account name, account ID, licensee name, or other options.

    1. Navigate to the Search field and enter a keyword or value. Select the metadata field you want to search by from the Search By drop-down or select All to include all fields.

    2. Select yellow plus.

    3. (Optional) Add additional filters to further narrow the search results.

    4. Press Enter on your keyboard or select Search to display results that match the search filters.
