Managing Your Password

If you forget your password, you can change it from the Login page.

  1. Open an Internet browser and go to https://account.maxar.com. The Login page opens.

  2. On the Login page, select Forgot Password?

    Reset your password from the Login page.

  3. On the Forgot Your Password? page, enter your email, then select Submit.

    You will receive an email with instructions on how to update your password.

    Users should ensure organization email policies do not block "maxar.com" emails or re-direct them to the "junk" folder. Please contact your organization's IT help desk to ensure email delivery.

  4. In the account update email, select Link to reset credentials.

    The Create or Update Password page opens.

  5. In the fields, enter and confirm a new password.

    Passwords must be at least 10 characters and include:

    • 1 special character

    • 1 digit

    • 1 lowercase character

    • 1 uppercase character

  6. Select Submit. A confirmation dialog opens. You can now use your new password to log in to MGP Pro.

Passwords expire after 90 days. When your password expires, you are required to change it before you can log in to MGP Pro.
