Logging In and Logging Out

The first step in using the Hub Administrator Portal is to log into the system. You will log in using your Hub credentials.

Logging In to the Hub Administrator Portal

  1. Open an Internet browser and go to https://hub-admin.vantor.com. The Login page opens.

  2. In the Email field, enter your email.

  3. In the password field, enter your password.

  4. Select Log In.

After three failed login attempts, your account will be suspended temporarily. To log in again, do either of the following:

  • Try again in five minutes

  • Email support@vantor.com for immediate assistance

Logging Out of the Hub Administrator Portal

When you are done using the Hub Administrator Portal, log out of the system.

  • From the top navigation, select Log Out .

After 30 minutes of inactivity, a pop-up asks if you are still using the system. If you do not respond, you will be logged out.

Single Sign-On to Hub

If you are logged in to the Hub Administrator Portal, you can single sign-on to Hub.

  • From the top navigation, select Go to Hub. Hub opens in the same window.

You can only single sign-on to Hub if you have an account and an active activation assigned to your user. An active activation is defined as one that has not expired and does not start in the future.
